Milo Yiannopoulos Just Got Deported

Milo Yiannopoulos got deported to the UK. ICE picked up the far-right operator, who ran Ye's 2024 campaign and in April compared Netanyahu's Israel to Nazi Germany using the word "Lebensraum," in New Orleans Thursday for overstaying his visa. He was removed Saturday. Laura Loomer claimed credit online: "Today is a great day for America." ¹²

A federal judge ruled Trump's anti-Israel deportation policy unconstitutional. Judge Noel Wise in San Jose said the laws used to strip visas from pro-Palestinian college protesters, the same authority behind Columbia grad Mahmoud Khalil's arrest, violate the First and Fifth Amendments. Her ruling: the strength of our country’s democracy is diminished when people "must self-censor and ‘behave’ or suffer the government’s retaliation" ³

Netanyahu broke his silence on West Bank settler violence, sort of. Dozens of settlers took over a Qusra family's home Saturday while soldiers stood by; no one was arrested. Netanyahu called the attackers a "handful of rioters" and said forces seized three vehicles. Haaretz found the vehicles weren't even used in the attack. ⁴

A "Jews.com" billboard campaign is up across the New York area, and the site is not what the URL implies. Billboards for the URL have gone up around the metro area this month; per JTA, the site's actual pitch is believing in Jesus as the messiah. Someone bought the most obvious domain in Jewish life and used it to sell Christianity. JewBelong, the group that actually built its identity on cheeky Jewish billboards, has spent the years since Oct. 7 swapping its "best Jew-ish life" one-liners for antisemitism messaging instead. ⁵
